Buying a new home is a big deal. Document this memorable milestone with a beautiful, custom made scrapbook. This set includes a 12"x12" cover page and as many add on pages as you need. All are layered with a stunning assortment of patterns, colors, shapes and multi-layered die cuts highlighting this cherished time and the memories that will follow. Each page is thoughtfully and meticulously designed to bring out the best of your pictures with lots of contrast and varying dimensions, so your memories can truly last a lifetime.

All the items in my shop are professionally and beautifully packaged, so they can be given as housewarming gifts. They will fit into any 12x12 photo album.

COLORS and PATTERNS: For variety and added dimension, you may specify any combination of colors to be used for your main color scheme, which will be applied to all the paper and embellishments used on your pages. I use an assortment of neutral shades of grays, browns, tans, black and white in my designs. If you have a preference on what I use, please let me know. Otherwise I will use varying shades within your main color theme and incorporate neutrals that compliment them. I'll incorporate a combination of different patterns to create your look and add dimension to the pages. Please indicate any specific types of patterns/styles you'd like me to include or exclude from your pages, such as feminine or masculine if one, the other or both is preferred.

CUSTOMIZATION: This order comes with fully customized pages, to include house address, front yard, backyard and room titles (these will all vary depending on the house and I will customize each page with what you need), the year and month purchased. I can also include the names of the family members or the family name such as, "The Smith Family."

REALTOR CLOSING GIFTS: This is wonderful gift to give your clients. The color theme can complement the colors in your company logo. You can send me listing photos of the home and I will arrange and design the pages around the photos. I can include additional pages for the "after photos" so your clients have a place to put photos of the home after they've moved in and made it theirs. Clients love this keepsake that they can look back on what the house was like when they purchased it. It also makes a great closing gift for seller clients, so they can have a memory keepsake of the house long after they moved. I can also include a page on the back for you to add a personal message on your letterhead, leave your business card, etc. so they always have your contact info readily on hand for future referrals and business needs.

The basic set for $68.50 includes the following:
1 - Cover Page - Great for a family pictures in front of the home.
1 - Sold Sign - Home Sweet Home Page Set - Ideal for front yard and front of home detailed pictures
1 - There's No Place Like Home Page Set - This is a flexible page that can be used for interior and exterior pictures, special memories about the home, etc.
Custom Made Die Cuts - This includes design/set up fees for any custom/personalization die cuts that will coordinate with your pages and color themes.

Add-On Options - Upon Checkout, you will be given the option to add multiple (FLEX) pages to your basic set. Here are some examples on how these can be used to complete and customize your scrapbook for the interior and exterior of the home. You have the flexibility to have these customized just for you.

* You can choose 1 add-on set for each room/part of the home or you can combine different rooms/parts of the home into each add-on set.

All page sets include a 2-page layout. The only page that does not come in a 2-page layout is the cover page.

*Photo shape dimensions are the size you need to size/crop your pictures to fit the shape. The shape is a little larger than the dimensions indicated, so your photos have a border around them when they are centered on each shape. Each set will include an instruction sheet for that specific page and how to crop your photos to fit inside the pre-cut photo shape frames.

Unless otherwise requested, your pages will arrive assembled with re-positionable tape, in case you need to re-arrange the layout. It is recommended that permanent, photo-safe, acid free adhesives are used to secure your pages and keep the items from shifting once you have finalized your layout.

Because of the custom nature of these sets, no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed. However, if there are any issues with your order, please message me and I will be happy to work with you.
