Whether it's a first home, an upgrade from the last home or a relocation to a new area, buying a new home is an exciting and memorable experience. This custom housewarming gift captures this celebratory milestone. The homeowner will have something they can cherish for as long as they stay in their home and take with them as a keepsake should they ever move. The colors and patterns, year, name and address are completely customizable. Upon checkout, please provide the name and address you'd like to use in the personlization portion. You may also include specific patterns styles & color combinations you prefer. The finished product will fit inside most 8" x 10" frames. Frame is not included.

Picking Your Colors: For variety and added dimension, you may pick any 2 colors for your main color scheme, which will be applied to all the paper and embellishments used on your pages. I use an assortment of neutral shades of grays, browns, tans, black and white in my designs. If you have a preference on what I use or would like to add other pops of color, please let me know. The color options at checkout are divided between dark and light colors, to help narrow down colors and to aid with color contrast. There's an option to specify custom colors if your preferences are not listed.

Picking Your Patterns: I'll incorporate a combination of different colors and patterns to create your look. Please indicate any specific types of patterns/styles you'd like me to include or exclude from your item, such as feminine or masculine, modern geometric, country chic, etc.

Patterns and colors will vary depending on availability, what is specified and what works with the color scheme chosen. However, the dimensions and layout will follow the design pictured.
