It can be customized to just to say thank you and show appreciation for a police officer hero you know or want to thank. Hand made card layered with Police Department/Badge Emblem cutouts. Multi-colored with service colors typical of most police departments. Blank white card stock inside. Embellished with "Congratulations" message on front with metal star-shaped brad. Card size is 5.5" x 5.5" and comes with white envelope.
